Overview

A single call point.

The PT-IPT1 is a wall-mounted, one-button intercom for indoor sites such as laboratories, production workshops, pharmaceutical companies and banks. The aluminum alloy housing and stainless steel keypad keep the unit compact and hard-wearing.

It uses standard SIP and RTP over IP, so it integrates with mainstream IP PBX, softswitch and IMS platforms. PoE or DC power keeps installation simple, while auto-answer and one-touch calling make it straightforward for anyone to use.

Capabilities

Key features

  • Single stainless call button

One round stainless button with a machined ring — no keypad, no handset and no menu. The destination is set in the web interface.

  • Compact aluminum housing

The 195 × 115 × 40 mm aluminum alloy body sits close to the wall and is rated IP65 for workshops, labs and public interiors.

  • Hands-free auto-answer

Incoming calls can answer automatically, so a visitor or worker can speak without picking anything up.

  • 3W speaker and microphone

A speaker field above the button and a microphone hole beside it give clear two-way audio at a door or counter.

  • PoE or DC power

One PoE cable can carry power and data, with DC as an alternative, keeping the installation to a single cable.

  • Direct IP calling, no PBX

Call another phone by IP address with no registrar, or register three SIP accounts with primary and backup servers.

  • Three SIP accounts

Three independent registrations with failover keep the call point reachable when a server or network path goes down.

  • Platform paging and alarm

Marking, local broadcast, manual alarm and multicast paging run on the same V3s firmware as the rest of the range.

Built details

The smallest call point in the range.

The PT-IPT1 is a 195 × 115 mm wall plate with one call button, a speaker field and a microphone hole. The aluminum alloy housing is compact enough to sit beside a door, and the stainless button is sized for a thumb or a gloved hand. Behind it, the same V3s control core handles SIP registration, auto-answer and one-touch calling. PoE or DC keeps the installation to one cable.

Slim aluminum housing

At 40 mm deep, the aluminum alloy housing sits close to the wall. The faceplate is fixed with four corner screws, and the brushed surface is easy to wipe in a public corridor.

03 Stainless one-button intercom with call button and speaker field

PoE, auto-answer, IP65

One PoE cable can carry power and data, with DC as an alternative. The phone auto-answers for hands-free calls and is rated IP65, so it can be used in workshops and labs as well as public interiors.

The shared platform

One control core. Four kinds of armor.

Waterproof, explosion-proof, cleanroom and intercom phones are not four different phones inside. They share one Allwinner V3s control board and one firmware; the site conditions decide the enclosure, keypad, handset, buttons and beacon around it. Every model can also call another phone directly by IP address, with no PBX in the path.

What changes

Intercom

Slim stainless panels for doors, lobbies and elevator cars. One-touch buttons, hands-free audio and an optional camera.

  • Slim stainless or aluminum faceplate
  • One-touch, hands-free or keypad calling
  • Door, lobby, elevator or camera format

Inside every version

Same board. Same firmware. Same menus.

The web interface on a waterproof phone is the same interface on the explosion-proof and cleanroom units. The enclosure changes what the firmware can drive — a beacon here, a relay there, a camera on the door panel. The call flow, paging stack and alarm logic do not change, and two phones can call each other directly by IP address without a PBX or registrar.

  • One control coreAllwinner V3s, one board across all four ranges.
  • One firmware imageSIP, call handling, marking, broadcast, alarm and I/O.
  • One web interfaceThe same menus, status page and provisioning on every model.
  • No PBX requiredAny two phones can call each other directly by IP address.
Live status page

Each input, relay, LED and function key reports its state on the home page as it changes.

Paging, alarm and control

More than a dial tone.

From the phone's own web interface
  • Three SIP accounts

Three independent registrations, each with a primary and backup server, session timer, SRTP option and PCMU / PCMA / G722 / G729 codecs.

  • Marking (打点)

Hold a function key and up to eight target phones loop a marking tone; release to stop. A lease timeout stops it if the network breaks.

  • Local broadcast

Upload a WAV, choose the trigger and play it through the phone amplifier. An optional dial number, relay and alarm light can fire with it.

  • Manual alarm

Trigger a stored alarm WAV over multicast or UDP broadcast. Phones with the same ID play their own copy, so a weak Wi-Fi AP does not block it.

  • Multicast

Send live audio to a multicast group for site-wide paging. The status page shows when the channel is active and which group is in use.

  • 10+ functions per key

Each function key can dial, hotline, mark, multicast, start a local broadcast, fire a relay, raise an alarm, speed-dial, answer or hang up.

  • Live I/O status

The home page shows each input, relay, LED and button state as it changes. Outputs can follow ringing, calls, alarms or multicast.

  • USB headset

USB headset support with separate microphone gain and volume, alongside handset and hands-free gain settings and selectable ring tones.

  • Network and service

VLAN, LLDP, SNMP, NTP, Modbus, OpenVPN, ONVIF / RTSP, action URLs, SIP PnP, config backup, logs and packet capture.

  • Direct IP calling

Call another phone by IP address with no PBX, registrar or server in between — useful for two-point links, temporary sites and simple gate, lift or desk pairs.

Where it works

One press, exactly where it is needed.

Entrances, elevator cars, secured doors and campus walkways need a call point that is obvious in an emergency and simple for anyone to use. Single-press and hands-free models keep the interaction short and clear.
